Magenta 55+ promised that phones would be included.

I switched from Boost Mobile to Tmoile back in September of 21.  Was told to trade in 5 phones because mine would stop working with Boost.  They were running a promotion against Boost.  Was told that I could trade in Iphones - 2 SE's, 1 11 pro, and 2 6's.  In return I got 2 13 minis, 1 12pro, and 2 XR's.  Was told I would see a $20 per line charge per month and that I would also get a $20 per line credit each month so essentially they would be free.  All I would have to pay is $30 per line each month for the service so $150/month. Now I am paying for the phones each month plus there will be a balance of between $100 to $200 at the end of the contract for each phone.  Totally lied to.  Have been in the store over a dozen times and they always say they will look into it and get back to me.  Never do.  The salesman who I dealt with no longer works there.  My bill each month is $250.  Total bait and switch.

  • Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care at 611 or Direct Messaging T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to see if they can look into this further?  Promotions usually do have terms and conditions.  Perhaps something wasn't met or the person who explained the promotion to you didn't explain it correctly.  Either way, you should definitely reach out to T-Mobile in one of the suggested methods to find out.

  • You have a grace period for cancelation, you should cancel after the first bill.
