"Manage add-ons" hasn't been working for at least a couple of weeks.

When I go to “manage add-ons” on the my.t-mobile.com website I keep getting an error saying:

Parece que se nos cruzaron los cables.

No podemos procesar tu solicitud en este momento. Intenta nuevamente más tarde.
 
 

Any ideas when this will start working again? I guess I need to call to make a change to our data limits.

  • I’ve noticed that they work in the app, but not on the website.
