mobile Hotspot

hi,  

I've been paying for a T-Mobile Essentials 10GB Smartphone Mobile Hotspot($10.00/mo), are you supposed to receive a small "hot spot" portable device? I've been paying for it for 2 years and have no such device.

    What device do you have?  If it's the iPhone then that link will work for you, but I may be able to find instructions for the device you have if the iPhone isn't it.

    I wish t-mobile explained that.  So simple. (Duh, I'm of the pre mobile generation) 😉

    your phone is the hotspot.  You can turn it on in your options and connect devices to your phone.
