my.t-mobile.com site not working (AGAIN)

I have had issues with my.t-mobile.com for YEARS. The latest issue (for the past 4 + weeks) is I can not get in. I have numerous T-Mobile Accounts/BAN's and there is always issues. my.t-mobile.com was never meant to be used with Business/National accounts in the first place and this is the only tool we get to monitor our account(s). Here is what I get now (see screen shot).... I can log in, then it goes to this screen, and I can get no further. I have called, emailed, opened tickets, all to no avail. T-Mobile really needs to fix this or create a tool for business/national accounts to use. I need access to my.t-mobile.com 10 to 20 times per day. Come on T-Mobile spend some money!

    What a joke of a company. TMobile for Business website has been screwed up for at least a year.

  • Yet AGAIN I had to call into Customer Service having the same problem logging in that has plagued your Prepaid site since I switched over to t-mobile from Verizon. It's that "Request timeout" black screen of death. Whether I use my PC or my Smart Phone; vary the browsers or not, I cannot login to my account! 😡 This should be a simple, straight forward procedure. I have no such problems with any other service providers I do business with online. Heck! Even Frontier has a slicker, more trouble-free experience than T-Mobile offers. Just what is the malfunction with your site? And more importantly- Just when do you intend to fix it? 🤔 I need to warn you now: This is a real deal-breaker as far as I'm concerned. I was using your prepaid service to see whether or not I'd like your service well enough to commit to a full on plan; but now… I think not. 👎🏻

    I got on your site and tried to purchase internet for a friend. In the shopping cart the billing zip code will not allow me to enter a leading zero. Every time you enter a zero it removes it and then says invalid zip code.
