same issues with call log not updating for over a month now
4 times in the last month I've had to contact tech because they can't seem to solve the issue with one of my lines, continuing issues with the call log on one line not updating. 4 times!!!! I'm beyond sick of this!!! Time to say good bye to TMobile64Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Phone number not showing up on Usage details
I'm having the same issue with one of my lines. But mineshows texts between us but it's missing multiple days of phone calls. Now, it's not updating either. I'm getting really fed up with these constant issues with usage details52Visto0likes0Comentarioscall log issue
My billing cycle started on the 7th. All usage details are up to date and showing on all of my phone lines except for the call log on 1 line. I know calls have been made to that phone, because I've made calls to it. The calls show up on my call log but the one line is still showing 0 calls. Any idea why this could be happening?76Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

I called and was told they were working on some technical issues and to check it in a few days. A week later and it still is not updated. Anyone else had that problem? Yes same problem been checking and nothing Same problem since Jan. 26th. I have called at least 4x! Howdo I talk to a supervisor? Same problem here mine hasn't updated since Feb 20th when my billing cycle ended. I am guessing it is not just a coincidence that everybody's usage details stopped updating when their billing cycle ended. It really appears to me that they are getting rid of the option to view it in real time and they are just too chicken**** to say so. They have been lying to me since I started my service. I have never in my whole life been lied to by a phone company near as much as I have them. The biggest mistake I have ever made was switching from AT&T to TMobile and I will absolutely be switching back the second my phones are paid off (which they also lied to me about ). I have a feeling I am not the only one neither. No you're not the only one. I too will be taking my 5 lines and $280+ a month to AT&T. I'm working overtime to pay off my 2 new phones so I can get switched within the month0Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

It would have been caught there, unless they employ a bunch of amateurs. Like the person in the software industry above said, no way this is possible. It's been a month now. My billing cycle ends tomorrow. We'll see what happens…. Interested to know what happens when your billing cycle ends. I'm a couple days behind you. Please let us know! Mine is in 10 days. If the issue is not resolved then I'm switching companies1Ver2likes0ComentariosRe: Detailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?

I just did and I will be taking my service, 4 lines and $280 a month elsewhere3Visto1like0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED
I filed a complaint with the BBB. I will be taking my 4 lines and $280 a month to a different cell company. I doubt they decrease our monthly bills for removing a service, a service that was the main reason for me choosing TMOBILE. What a joke this company has become! I've been with them 12 yrs and never had an issue until they merged with Sprint. Now they are awful and can't be honest about what's going on to save their souls!21Visto8likes0ComentariosRe: Detailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?

I was transfered to a rep with the techincal team who also checked her own account and saw the same issue. She escalted it to the engineering team and also informed them she could not longer see her real time call and text logs and her billing cycle ended on 1/27 and has not be updated since. She also said she has not heard of any plans to remove that option from us. She said she would have been notified of this as well. She said it will take approximately 48-72 for a call back after the engineering team looks at this. I will keep everyone here updated. Please do and thank you!2Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Log updates

They are saying that they are updating their systems to where we will only be able to check our data usage once a week and then in the coming months, it will be where we will only be able to view it once a month at the end of the billing cycle, I have five lines and monitor my usage daily so they probably need to get it together. They're gonna lose lots of business. Praying that it gets fixed soon. I have four teenagers. 😩😩 Well, that is complete BS. I would jump ship over a change like that. Taking away and limiting features is not the way to keep loyal customers. I will be finding another courier for my 4 lines. I've been with TMOBILE for 12 yrs but I am done. They could at least try being HONEST5Visto3likes0Comentarios
