call log issue

My billing cycle started on the 7th. All usage details are up to date and showing on all of my phone lines except for the call log on 1 line. I know calls have been made to that phone, because I've made calls to it. The calls show up on my call log but the one line is still showing 0 calls. Any idea why this could be happening?
