CALL LOG HELP
How can I access old call and text logs from 2019?
I have called customer service and they have been no help. I can only see till 2021 on my page. Someone please help me. Do I need to speak to a manager? There has to be a way that they have those statements available from 2019-202
Your online account will only show 18 months of bills.
You can go to a Tmobile store or request them by calling Tmobile support or using messenger on one of tmobile's social media and try requesting them.
