Need New PDF Bill After Updated Address
Updated billing address. I need a pdf bill made available with the new address before my new billing cycle which is 30 days from now. Any insight on this @fireguy_6364 or others?
The PDF bill system is pretty particular. The PDF is generated around the end of the bill cycle for the following month. If you update the address, the new address will only show on the next PDF bill. Even if a bill reprint is done for the current cycle with the new address on the account, the reprint will show the address as it was when that bill generated.
That was a long way to say that there isn’t a way to do what you are asking for, unfortunately.
