New Galaxy watch promo

They keep pushing me to get the galaxy watch, as it's completely "free" I just pay for sales tax and month to month service. My question is, how long am I stuck paying for this line? They can't seem to give a solid answer on it. We just switched our 2 lines to TMobile.
