No support for those affected by the 8/2021 data breach?

Thanks for the info but nothing working there.

I just checked and realized that I never received an email or text from T-Mobile about the data breach, which is another reason I didn't sign up for the McAfee service. I read about the breach elsewhere and and assumed I wasn't affected because I received no communication. This is a horrendous lapse in customer service. Let's see if BBB can help.
