Not Getting 2FA SMS

I'm a postpaid Magenta Max customer.  There are no call blocks or other line holds on my account.  But I am not receiving ANY 2FA SMS verification texts from anyone - TMobile, Bank of America, Google, etc.  There is supposedly a trouble ticket with the engineering group that keeps getting escalated.  But this has been going on for weeks now without any resolution.  

To be quite honest, I want to port my # to another carrier.  But I don't want to do that until the line provisioning of my number is done correctly first.   Otherwise it'll cause even more headaches down the road.
