We know it's super important to get calling and delayed messaging issues like this resolved. Issues like those can be caused by another of issues but we do have some troubleshooting steps you can follow that'll help. If you're using a Non-T-Mobile device, you'll want to place your SIM into a T-Mobile supported device to see if the issues continue. If they only happen only in the Non-T-Mobile device, a last resort will be resetting the phone. From my experience, T-Mo is very concerned about support. They have spent a lot of time on my problem.
I don't know about your incident, but from what I can tell, this is a systemwide bug, probably a programming error. Intermittent problems are often the hardest to fix because the person trying to fix the problem can't reproduce it and see it.
At this point, I am getting some repetitive questions from the support team on twitter and just keep supplying what information I can in hopes something will click.
When someone finally figures out the cause, there will be a huge facepalm.
