Phone hacked
Does Tmobile have a live chat? My phone has been hacked and I am out of the country. I cannot even make a call :-(
How do you know your device has been hacked? Your device should still be able to call 611 whether or not your SIM is working. You can also reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter.
