Phone Jump Question
So I started a jump upgrade but post postponed the trading so I could transfer everything to the new phone but I’m curious if I can just pay off the old phone and keep both or if now I’m stuck having to send it it

Sorry for not responding to your post sooner. You may have already found an answer for your question, but I wanted to make sure to provide one just in case. Trading in a phone is totally optional. You can decide to keep the phone you already have. If it is a monthly payment plan, you can either leave it as is or pay it off without any penalty. The only time not trading in your device may cause issues is if you are signing up for a promotion on the new device. Some promotions require a trade-in device and if you don't send it in, then you won't get the promotion.
