I am looking to upgrade my Galaxy S22Ultra (to the S23 Ultra), and am in my first year under JUMP! - When going through the device update process, TMobile offers me a dicsount of up to $800 for my device. However, I select JUMP! the offer links still show, but when I go to the page where I have to enter my CC data, all offers are gone and I am asked to pay the monthly installment with no discount. Is that I cannot combine both? If that's the case, what's the benefit of paying JUMP!? I acquired this phone with a monthly credit discount, and updating via JUMP! would mean I no longer get it, and I'll end up paying MORE monthly. Appreciate any answers here. I don't see the value of paying JUMP! if I'll end up paying more every month when I upgrade. Gracias127Visto0likes4Comentariosjump 2.0 question

Ever since the new iPhone came out about two months ago, I have been trying to trade in/upgrade/Jump both my phone and my wife's phone, both lines are in my account. I tried to do it on the T-Mobile app on my iPhone and it would go all the way up to checkout, then right after I entered my payment information and hit checkout it would give me an error, I also tried it on an android tablet on the T-Mobile app and had the same problem. I tried it on my computer on different browsers on the T-Mobile website and it said something about cannot be completed or submitted because something about protecting T-Mobile customers identity, I went to three different stores over the course of the last month and a half and I get the same problem some of them even showed me message on their screen saying that the order cannot be authorized because customer information or something like that, i have triad 5 different debit and credit cards and the same. Has anybody gone through this or knos how to solve it??? Gracias166Visto0likes2ComentariosCan i upgrade my Jump Phone if its cracked amd not fully paid off?
I'm on the Jump plan. I believe the Jump on demand. I have a OnePlus Nord N10 5G and I still owe about $100 on the phone about 6 more payments before it's paid off. Well I dropped it and it cracked the screen. I want to upgrade to the new OnePlus 10T with a $168 down payment. Could I upgrade to the new phone without penalty, or would I be required to pay this phone off in full before I'm allowed to upgrade since the screen is cracked? ( I have no Protection plan for the phone).2.9KViews0likes2ComentariosThe person creating the upgrade plans should get fired
Short but direct... Dear customer, please give me back your old phone and get the new one for free. You do that and they give you credit back for your more expensive phone you had over 2 years. 1 year goes by and you want to upgrade with the new promotions or the Jump program. The issue? You loose your credits for the remaining 12 months. To make things worse, I can buy the brand new Flip 4 for $800 from the Samsung page right now and keep my Flip 3... or… Pay $500 now to own my Flip 3, get $400 off the Flip 4 and pay $1,100. It is cheaper to buy the new phone for $800 and keep the Flip 3 vs upgrading with T-mobile for $1,100!!! Whoever designs those upgrade programs should get fired unless T-mobile does not want you to upgrade and packages those upgrades to sound nice and people who don't run the numbers will pay more in the end.139Visto0likes1ComentarioWhat happens if I don't return my device through the JUMP! benefit?
I got a new phone through the JUMP! benefit and have to send my old phone back. What happens if I don't return it? Due to me not having a printer and COVID-19 (meaning I can't go to a store where I can print the label), I won't be able to return my device on time. What happens if I either don't return the device, or return the device late? Will I get charged a fee or something? And if so, how much? I'll be able to print out a label for the device once I return to work and can go to the post office then to drop off the phone, but I don't think the device will reach the warehouse by the date they want me to return it by. Thanks in advance for any help.Solved7.1KViews0likes6Comentariostmobile will not trade in my paid JOD device towards a new device
So i recently just paid off my lease for my samsung s21 ultra and i was looking to trade it towards a new phone. But every time i tried to upgrade, it tell me that i cant trade in my phone since it is a lease device. I spoke with a rep and they told me that, i will need to wait another 9 months before i can upgrade???!!!!!! I dont understand. I finished my lease and paid the purchase option but im still being told that i can not use the phone towards a new phone since it is a lease device. Can someone please explain to me, why pay off a phone for it to technically not belong to me?178Visto0likes1Comentario
