Please correct my bill

That's not going to happen here since this is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderators who don't have account access so your either going to have to call support or use messenger on one of T-Mobile’s social media platforms.

Also switching to the essential plan you're going to start paying taxes and depending on where you live the essential plan may be more expensive.
