primary account holder refuses to hive permission
I would like to upgrade my device I pay my own bill but the primary refuses to get back in touch
You can purchase a device and put your SIM in it without any action needed from the PAH. If you want to take your number and open your own account. The PAH will have to authorize the transfer of responsability. Have you considered just getting your own account with a new number?
