Assurant will not let me get my screen repaired
So I went into the T-Mobile store today to upgrade my sons device and they mentioned to me that they wouldn't recommend that because all prices are dropping once the 16 gets released in about two weeks. My son has an iPhone 11 by the way. I've been told by several people that the trading value is only about two to $300.
up until this morning, I had no idea that the insurance company through T-Mobile offered $29 screen repair. I was told that to gentleman and the T-Mobile store when you're trying to file your claim online, they don't even give you this option by the way… Try to, inform customer service that there is this option they try to ignore you as they don't understand.
After I explained to her the entire situation, including the $29 screen repair… She simply ignored me and told me that she was going to afford to the automated payment line to pay my $99 deductible. No ma'am!! Give me the $29 screen repair option that you advertise…. Am I not speaking English?
Of course, I was a lot nicer than this. So she didn't prompted to say that she isn't seeing that option and then somehow a few minutes later was able to find it. 45 minutes away to get my screen repaired and I hope they do it correctly. I noticed on this thread it stated that CPR was owned by Sharon and there's one literally 10 minutes from my house, but for some reason I couldn't go to that one.
This company is truly getting over on T-Mobile customers, and it’s sad!
