Block scam calls from leaving voicemail?
I have a Galaxy S10+ and Magenta Plus plan. I started receiving "Social Security" scam robocalls from a 520 area code number about a week ago, and suddenly in the last 2 days, they're calling me...

Unblocked numbers can still leave voicemails.
Blocking numbers with 3rd party apps still get blocked to new number above. I checked.

Can someone explain this? When a blocked number calls, does it just show them that your line is busy, is that why this works?
If that is not the case, then this isn't actually a solution, so I'm trying to understand why people are suggesting this and if it will actually work. Gracias.
