Forced to dial extra digits on domestic call
- Hace 6 años
Extra digits, like 1 and the area code or like 01? If the area code is different than yours for the number you are calling, then 1 is usually needed regardless of whether it is a long distance call or not. Just about everywhere now requires the area code and number to be dialed, even if the number is within the same area code. Some devices have a setting requiring numbers to be dialed in 10+ digits. If you are not in the area your number is based in, then usually 1 plus the area code is needed as well.
Yes!!! Every time I call my husband, it rings 4 to 5 times and then a computerized voice answers and states "to complete this call please press the following digits, 72". 72 is just an example. Once i press those numbers it rings again until I am connected. Any solutions?
