Same story here Bait and switch salesman at 46th and 6th in NYC. Starlin promised a rate and I am still being billed $ 60 more a month. Numerous trips to see him at the store and he swore it will be corrected, Never happened., Customer online service wasted my time over and over again and no help. Buyer beware T mobile does not honor their sales deals.
