T-Mobile customers beware!! Tmobile outright lies repeatedly. Never believe what they tell you on the phone. They refuse to send you a record of the conversation and then deny what you were promised by the previous rep. It's as simple as that. This is aq company with ABSOLUTELY zero integrity!!!
I am too emotionally drained right now to recount all the the times they have lied to me but if anyone is experiencing the same and would like to combine efforts to call them on their lies, I would welcome that. At the very least, I would like to let it be known that TMobile gets away with customer abuse, lies and deceit.
