my.t-mobile.com site not working (AGAIN)

I understand and our engineering is working on the site. Right now, if there's anything you're unable to access or change on your own, then you should Community-2153 so our Care team can help.
Yet AGAIN I had to call into Customer Service having the same problem logging in that has plagued your Prepaid site since I switched over to t-mobile from Verizon. It's that "Request timeout" black screen of death. Whether I use my PC or my Smart Phone; vary the browsers or not, I cannot login to my account! 😡 This should be a simple, straight forward procedure. I have no such problems with any other service providers I do business with online. Heck! Even Frontier has a slicker, more trouble-free experience than T-Mobile offers. Just what is the malfunction with your site? And more importantly- Just when do you intend to fix it? 🤔 I need to warn you now: This is a real deal-breaker as far as I'm concerned. I was using your prepaid service to see whether or not I'd like your service well enough to commit to a full on plan; but now… I think not. 👎🏻
