Neither stores nor reps handle parent Project 10 Million enrollments. You need to sign up online. It's highly likely you need a different email address because you signed up for a T-Mobile id with your current email.

We've had ours since spring and it never worked, we kept getting sent to look for a welcome email with an account phone number that we never got…until today. A bunch of people from our district got their shipping notifications yesterday (for the hotspots that came months ago) and then a welcome message today - after that our hotspots all started working!
it seems like they never activated a lot of them as they were sending them out and are going back and doing it, hopefully yours is activated soon!!
