when will detailed usage be updated, 12+ days now
My detailed usage for talk and text shows the correct total but when I click the details I get the previous billing cycle details ending 01/30/23. Anyone know what's going on?
The wait is finally over. Usage details are now back to normal 😎 You might want to log out of your account and clear browser history. I tested it out with my account and everything is good to go.
It's now been 15 days with no update, I tried the "contact us" chat feature but even it's on the fritz. The chat window continually disappears and restarts. Each time I start to type it disappears then restarts. Does anyone know what's going on? I don't remember it ever taking this long to fix a bug on the site before.
