when will detailed usage be updated, 12+ days now
My detailed usage for talk and text shows the correct total but when I click the details I get the previous billing cycle details ending 01/30/23. Anyone know what's going on?
The wait is finally over. Usage details are now back to normal 😎 You might want to log out of your account and clear browser history. I tested it out with my account and everything is good to go.
Update, I finally got through to customer service and have been told that this service is no longer available. It's one of the reasons we went to a regular plan was so we could have access to OUR data. Now you'll only get it days after the full billing cycle is over. Anyone with teens and preteens knows waiting more than a month to get the info is not acceptable.
