When Will Usage Overviews Be Restored?
I see I'm not the only one frustrated by T-Mobile's failure to provide live usage overviews. This service has been available since I joined T-Mobile in 2005, and I have come to depend on it. A cursor...
I was unable to view my real time usage for an entire billing cycle. Now I can see real time, but am unable to access the usage from the last billing cycle. So for over a month now, I've not been able to see my current/recent usage.
What the heck T-Mobile?
