The best answer I received from a Customer Service person ( If I understood them correctly, because they are very,very hard to understand) was that an email was to be sent to me explaning why and how this letter was sent to me. I was promised! I really did not except a follow thourgh from customer service, because after over 18 attemps and hours of hold time, I think customer service is non-existent. This was just a way to get me off the phone.
