Sales Reps LIE
Promised Promotions that are not processed and then left to deal with Cooperate operators who are unhelpful and just tell you the store has to fix it! why do you even have corporate customer service if you cannot resolve the issue?!
What promotion? I never do the trade in promos, just that standard promos without the conditions.
