T-Mobile Id for business customers

I am small business customer and since the time we switched from Verizon (Feb 2024) we have not been able to create the T-Mobile id required for us to take advantage of the offers we get such as Netflix and AppleTV. I have tried calling customer service like 5-6 times (for real) but no one seems to know how this works for business customers. All the instructions they provide are not there in the business customers portal. I am still not able to believe that I am having to use community help for something that we are entitled to get from customer service.

Any assistance is appreciated.
