T-Mobile is absolutely horrible nowadays. Why are they using the Philippines for customer service... well there's only one answer for that... greed And cheap.
As much money as this greedy company makes, they could put a call center here in the US, provide more jobs for americans, with half the people, and resolve more problems.
You see the Philippines are just a front line of defense so T-Mobile can say that they offer customer service 24 hours A-day which is a bunch of bs.
Let's get to the real gripe. I was paying for insurance on my phone for years.
I needed to use it because I broke my phone. The insurance is through Assurant. Which if you look them up there's nothing good about these f****** people. They are a scam.
They send me an old phone, that's worth less than the deductible of a $150 that I paid. Plus I paid for insurance for multiple years upon years.
Only for them to send me a refurbished broken device. A refurbish broken device that is worth less than what the deductible is. How does that even make sense?
T-Mobile you should be ashamed of yourselves. Because what you do is blame it on Assurant. You're the ones who shoved Assurant up our a## In the 1st place. Why would you do business with someone that would screw us over?

I feel so duped with T-Mobile and I'm flat out disgusted with them been with them over 20 years.
I've paid T-Mobile thousands of dollars over the years for Insurance alone.
I would expect to get a device comparable with Newer devices.
Not some old refurbished creep piece of c***.
Bench testing phones don't always show what's actually really wrong with the phone but they don't care. As long as they send a phone out they don't care what it is.
The phone they sent me under my insurance a couple of months ago I can buy outright for less than a $150.
The deductible was a $150 plus $17 a month on top of that .... do the math folks.
I didn't realize That's when I signed up for the Tmobile/Assurant... Insurance scam.
The only time this insurance works is if you use it within the first few months of buying a new phone. After that it worthless.
People it's cheaper to ensure yourself rather than to buy insurance through these companies. And don't let them tell you that it's all the insurance companies fault because that's what they will tell you.
Oh and let me add this to I had someone at T-Mobile the other day tell me that they would hang up on me because I told him that they were being recorded. I was trying to back myself up by some of the lies that these people tell. I wanted to document it. They record us but we can't record them? What kind of BS is that .
that's one of their policies that they teach their people. Dont record us or well hang up! Phssshh
Good company gone to c***.. I'm going to start a blog just for you T-Mobile because I'm so disgusted with your company now.
Tmobile, You don't have to be part of where our world is headed. But you are.
