T mobile says my lease is ending and if I don't choose by 4-23 it'll auto bill, but on the website it doesn't even let me choose. it says its completed and its not. its 4-22
both on pc and on the app, doesn’t work. it thinks it ended and i can’t do anything. i want to do the monthly payments but i cant

You have three different options:
1. If you would like a new phone and your leased phone is free of cualquier physical damage then you can turn in your leased device and upgrade. (You will have the option while getting your new phone to either keep it in a lease or switch it to a financing agreement)
2. Pay off the residual balance to own in one lump sum.
3. Call customer service or go into a retail location and have your residual balance to own extended over a 9 month period. This will change the lease to a financing agreement so that at the end of the nine months you are the owner of your phone.
If you do not do anything at all before the next bill generates, you will be automatically charged the residual balance to own the leased device and you will be responsible for paying the device off.
