Tai? (pronounced "tie") CSR from CO Springs was so helpful

Had an issue with e-signature when transferring device balance from an old account to a newer one. Talked to 4 CSR's today and all told me to go to a store with ID today. Tai went above and beyond and helped me solve my issue over the phone.  Can't praise his help enough. I wish i got a customer service rating email because i would give him 100 out of 10 for persistening and helping me solve an issue no one else could.
