Spring/TMobile can't track my order

I ordered a new Samsung S23Ultra on 02/14 at a TMobile store, I'm still on the Sprint side of the migration. The receipt for the phone and device connection charge doesn't have an order number. I can't track my order online. I called TMobile support, they can't find the order, they switched me to TMobile Business support, they can't find the order.  I went back to the store, they can't help. How can I order a phone and have no order number, its ABSURD!   Can this be corrected?  ¡Gracias!
