Terrible Customer Service / Bad Experience / Several other carriers out there that EXCEL
I recently had bad issues with connectivity, which led me to end service with TMOBILE. I removed my debit card information and autopay, but it was still charged in April of this year.
I later spoke with someone regarding my account and was told to give my pin #, which is fine, however, the pin I had written down, no longer worked. To make matters worse, because my account was setup to be used with security cameras, a code could not be sent via text, and they claimed that it could also not be sent via email, athough this was possible in the months prior, it was no longer an option.

are you on any type of time commitment through TMO? or is this just a month to month can stop whenever type of deal?
either way you usually must contact the carrier directly to shut your line down.

Thanks for your response. This is just a nightmare, I would rather go back to the dentist and have a tooth extracted! It is month to month, however, I am trying to reactivate it, other providers this is done in minutes, TMOBILE, hours.
Again, situation is, bad network connectivity for cameras, I ended the service. Now I am trying to reactivate it based on a conversation with a supervisor.
Everyone wants you to go into the store to upsell you.
