Tmobile is charging me for a phone i returned

I am bring charged $1400 for a phone that I've returned already. Luckily I took a picture of the tracking number and it stated delivered on 11/8/2022. They're telling me that they never got it. The package weighed 1.3 lbs so the phone was in it! I was notified that I'd be charged for a while a d everything I'd call in and be assured that I wouldn't be charged but still was charged.

Help please 馃檹馃徏  what can I do? Any guidance will be appreciated.

Update * I was able to communicate via Facebook with Tmobile and posted a message on their board.  I was asked to send a private message to help resolve issues, I did and explained everything.  Alicia was able to locate the device and gave me the credit back.  Hopefully this time it sticks.  I'm keeping the messages for a YEAR to make sure the charges NEVER come back.

I'm disappointed that I had to go through this much trouble but im glad it's taken care of.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

Thank you!! I will try that

  • I ordered a phone online and it never worked. We went to two different stores, they couldn't get it to work but would not take it as a return. Finally got return label online and sent it off. Long story short, even though I have proof the package was received they "can't find the phone" and so I am responsible for it. I am beyond livid. Have talked called customer service at least five times at this point, even received a credit one month for the payment they took and was assured that the phone was removed from my account. Got a call today telling me basically we can't find it in our warehouse so even though you did what we instructed you're on the hook for a phone that never even turned on and was returned as soon as possible. I see I am not the only one who has experienced this with T Mobile. They are basically stealing money from me.
