This is basically a user to user forum so you need to call the free international number.
Autopay is your friend! Postpaid roaming and prepaid roaming can be vastly different. Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Just because T-Mobile has partner coverage listed somewhere, doesn't mean your device supports the bands that the coverage is using. Have you tried manually putting in the APN of the carrier that provides the coverage where you are?
