This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter if you use them. If not you will need to call Tmobile or use live chat option.
I have been tried calling T-Mobile but I get automated music for hours no matter what time of the day I call. For the first year of service I could reach agents on the phone. Then I tried T-Mobile messaging, but everytime a new agent comes in I have to repeat typing the same issue again and again for hours. After that they say they will get back to me with an answer and no one does.
Does T-Mobile have an official email for customer requests? This way I write the issue once and have to yo repeat it several times.
