unable to access usage details, again
Why do the line usage details keep becoming unavailable? When I click the Usage tab I only have the option to check my data, which I don't need it's unlimited. This keeps randomly happening and it's frustrating. Why can't I access my line usage details all the time?

Yes I'm the primary acct. holder. And it's not a couple days I can't see. I click on usage and get taken to a page that says "usage overview" but only has manage data. No other options. And it isn't the end of the billing cycle either.

It was paid 12 days ago so close to the middle.

Also I can't access even older months. I'm not getting the option to do anything but check data. I have unlimited so don't need that.

On my account at the end of the billing cycle there's a few days where usage doesn't show.
Also are you the primary account holder?

My billing cycle just ended last week and my usage for this month is showing and I have access to my bills all the way back to July 2021.
I don't know what the issue is with your usage.

So it's not the website. This seems to happen randomly. Usually I can access the older usage details if it's at the end of the billing cycle but right now I'm not even getting the option. I's been like this all day, guess I'll try customer service whenever they comer back online. Thank you for replying, at least I know what it isn't, half way there.
