Unable to validate T-Mobile Rebate Card
Received Email from T-Mobile to activate a rebate:
https://login.northlane.com/payment/firsttimeuser.do
After putting in my phone number and the security code, I am getting:
Tarjeta de reembolso de T-Mobile
Please make a selection below to receive your payment
We were not able to validate the information provided. Please try again OR if you feel you've reached this message in error, please contact Customer Service.
Tried a few times with the same error.

I was able to activate the Rebate Card if I login to my TMO Promotion Page and click on Redeem from there. Close case.

Are you sure the e-mail came from T-Mobile? Was there some sort of recent promotion or deal you signed up for recently that had a rebate? If not, it's probably a scam.

I just want to add to this. If you are trying to get the rebate for the home internet, when it is verifying your phone number, make sure you use the phone number that is attached to the home internet, not your cell phone number. I hope that makes sense.

I just received the mail From Tmobile with rebate activation too and I have to same login problem.
I did entered the internet numbers.

used that number and still not working, very frustrating

Works fine for me. Must be the browsers or some sort of extensions or ad blocking messing it up for those that are having issues with it.
