Upgrade Question
I have a pixel and want to upgrade to an iphone but i still have 13 monthly payments left on my pixel. can i still upgrade my phone or do i have to paid off my device balance first?
Customer Care or.the T-Force Team would be able to tell you what your options are after looking at your account. Give 611 a call or direct message T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to inquire whether or not you have to pay off your current device before being eligible to upgrade to a new one. Any device on an EIP with money still owing is not eligible to trade-in.
