Usage logs incomplete
I have noticed that only a fraction of text messages and calls actually show up in the usage log. I have attempted to figure out what causes this but have had no such luck. Any ideas
Calls and texts made over WiFi Calling do not show up in your usage.
nor will texts sent/received imessage to imessage.
Hey there! I just want to clarify that calls and text messages made over Wi-Fi will show on the usage logs. There is going to be a W or Wi-Fi label in the Call Type column. iMessages or texts sent through third party apps like WhatsApp or Textra will not show on the texting logs.
Do you see any kind of pattern for the messages that are not showing? Messages to a particular number, during a specific time of day, or anything like that? Finding that pattern should help us narrow down any other reasons on why they would not be showing in your T-Mobile account logs.
