where to view or change my caller id? I already checked this link but there is no "menu" option in my account home page. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/t-mobile-aspect/caller-id-t-mobile-aspect

I was able to change the Caller ID on my children's phones on our family plan by logging into our T-Mobile account & putting their names on their phone numbers. Are you part of an account with more than one line? If so, have the owner of the account change the name on your line. 😉

Calling Customer Care is the easiest way to have your Caller ID changed, at least from my experience.

The more button is located from the T-mobile app, it is not on the desktop version. I am not the primary on our shared account and I was able to login to my phone only. (See bottom right of photo)
