which countries are included in the Magenta 55 inluded international plan

Esta página has more information about the international roaming. Unlimited texting and data is included in 210+ countries, but as the other person said, talk is not included for free. The data speeds are heavily throttled though, so it's barely usable for things like navigation and web searches. Don't expect to be doing any streaming or even load apps/pages with many photos.
