Why are you going to charge $20 a month to pay with a credit card?

if you would take the time to do a quick search or look a few threads down. It's because credit card companies charge significantly higher rates and fees for the business on transactions than debit cards from banks.

Way less than even a single autopay line discount.
It's not way less. Consider paper bill (paper, laser graph, envelope, stamp, mailing), consider people handling it, people for proccesing checks, opening envelopes... lets say only 2 million of their customers do it and those new employees need to be payed, vacations, health insurance... or maybe they are going to outsource it out of USA??? Not bloody likely.
Not to mention that looks bad on your P&L at the end of the year having 300 more employees, since it is fixed expense.
