Why can't I update my address?
I moved recently and keep trying to update the address in my profile. Each time I have to click through popups to accept/save my change, then I stay on the same page but if I scroll up I see an info banner saying it failed to update my changes. If I open up a developer console I can see that a request is returning a 500 Internal Server Error.
Like I said, a lot of glitches.
Huh, when I visited my profile in Firefox it had the address I submitted. I had received a text earlier saying my address was updated, but when I refreshed my Chrome tab and went back to the profile page it just showed the old one.
I would still give it a try. The Tmobile website is very glitchy.
Chrome. But since it’s an internal server error rather than, say, Javascript exception, I doubt the browser is the issue.
What browser are you using? I moved 4 times in the last 4 years and had no issue updating my address on Firefox.
