why my phone its not working and when I try to text or do a calls and says its restricted and send a msg saying message blocking is active?

Have you put enough money on your prepaid account to cover the cost of your plan?  If you are postpaid.  Is your bill past due?  These are the two reasons why this could happen that I could think of off hand.  Contact Customer Care to find out why.
