You are the meanest corporation

to further my issue that not only did you take out and unauthorized payment, threaten to close my account and send me into collections but you throw me out to NM for help. Even stating I am disabled, currently homeless, wheelchair bound and do not have any funds thanks to you cleaning out my bank account you want me to write you a letter. With no funds for stamps or stationery, no way to travel about on my own and most importantly as stated in all my conversations I suffer from Parkinson's which is excruciatingly painful to even attempt to write long hand. Really in this day and age you have no direct e-mail or tty phone support. You are just plain cowards hoping to dissuade people from following up. Thankfully there is word of mouth via social posting. Word of mouth is better than the sword either way I do not care but warn others what they may expect. 

BTW it should be noted I did nothing wrong, by your own admission you stated not once but twice that the agent erred as well as supervisor one. Punish us for your own incompetence of course we are just a dollar sign.
