It is unacceptable that Tmobile, unlike the industry standards and all other service providers in our area, is charging customers for the service we didn't have during a NATIONALLY DECLARED DISASTER. They are making money off of people that have lost everything. This will not be tolerated! Please, if you are being charged for service you didn't get contact customer service and voice your opinion. If enough people do this maybe they will stop this predatory practice.
