Corporate ?
Is there any office located in the US? or are the corporate offices located in the Philippines ? I have been having an on going issue with this company and I just keep being transferred to people in the Philippines. Nothing against them, but they have royally screwed me and I am getting ready to pursue legal action. How is it that I cannot speak to one person here? I do not understand ?
Out of curiosity how many times do you call support?
Back in the early 2000’s the company I worked for at the time made us watch a presentation called the Angel/Demon customer.
It separated customers into 2 sects , customers to keep and not keep. I know Best Buy and a few other larger retailers practiced this as well as a few mobile carriers at the time. Carriers would send problematic customers to the off shore support.
I've been out of retail for almost 10 years so I don't know if this is still used today or not.

why would the corporate office be in the Philippines? its a U.S based company..that would be like saying Comcast is based out of some other country because they use them as their call agents.
did you read what i wrote? because obviously i haven't been able to contact anyone whos not in the Philippines and when i called i asked them to transfer to corporate and they just transferred me to someone else located in the Philippines. so that's why I'm under the assumption THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE PHILIPPINES.
the primary call in agents are in the Philippines..they would be the tier 1 support that is mentioned under my original post.
ok bc you asked me why would they be there. they keep transferring me to them and it seems quite impossible to speak to someone who am fix my issue.
if you can stick to using either Facebook or Twitter..you start off with a higher tier support not to mention a paper trail so to speak.
are you prepaid or postpaid? might answer why they are the only ones you have been able to contact.
prepaid if im remembering right kicks you right to the over seas agents. not that the postpaid dont land with them but we have a better chance at landing with a state side agent.
